What is the distinction between WD-TSA and WD-TSB

WD-TSA directly connects to your original faucet and has different connecting options for your under-sink or an RV. While WD-TSB comes with an extra lead-free brushed stainless-steel faucet. Therefore, compared with WD-TSB, the installation process of WD-TSA is simpler without drilling a hole for the faucet. However, it is the extra faucet that the combination of the dedicated faucet and your original faucet will separate the filtered water from unfiltered water, thereby secures a prime water quality. You can make your choice based on your household needs.

How do I know when to replace my water filter?

The recommended service life of the filter is as follows:
The PP filter has a 6-month lifetime; the GC filter has an 8–12-month lifetime; the CT filter has a 12–18-month lifetime.
Note: The filter's service life is related to the water quality and water usage. If the flow rate is significantly reduced or if the water has a peculiar smell, we suggest that you replace the filter.

How to use the quick-connect of this under-sink Water Filter System?

To connect: There is an existing mark at the end of the tubing for you to confirm if the tubing is fully inserted into the fitting.
To disconnect: Use your thumb and index finger to press down on the lock sleeve. Use your other hand to pull out the hose from the fitting.
Note: Please do not pull out the tubing directly, or else it will damage the fitting and cause leakage

What to do if water leaks after installation?

Water may leak at the connection position or thread due to the incomplete connection. When water leakage occurs, turn off the water supply. If the water leakage is at a thread, please wrap Teflon tape on the external thread. If the water leakage is at the inlet and outlet, please insert the quick-connect fitting to the end.
