How does the Automatic back washing function work?

You can choose 7, 15 or 30 days as automatic flushing interval period. If needed, you can flush the system instantly by simply pressing the button.

What micron size is this filter?

The 40-micron pore filter size allows the sediment water filter to effectively intercept large particles, such as sand and rust, protecting your home’s water supply.

Does the water filter fit on my water hose?

It provides four types of connection fittings (1”MNPT, 3/4”MNPT, 3/4” FNPT, and 3/4”push-fit plumbing fittings) to fit different water tubes in your family.

How long does the filter in the backwash spin-down sediment filtration system last?

The three AAA batteries that come out-of-the-box can last up to one year.

Why does water appear cloudy and gray?

This may be due to inadequate flushing. Please press the “FLUSH” button to enter the manual flushing mode. It is best to flush the sediment filter for about a minute, at least twice, before the first use.
